But, while in Parma, why not try your hand at cooking your own home-made Parmesan food? In 2-3 hours, depending on the recipes of your choice, we can cook together traditional Parmesan dishes. I will provide the ingredients, the cooking utensils, the kitchen and above all the recipes and the skills I have learnt from my mother and grandmother. Cooking food is surely the best way to approach a culture!
